Although the design of ISABRELLA umbrellas is protected by industrial design rights, a number of parasitizing producers have appeared even in the Czech market who illicitly copy and sell counterfeit products.

This form of production and subsequent sale are illegal, and such products are of low quality, may be dangerous and damage our reputation.

In order to protect our products, credible retailers and honest customers we will take all necessary measures against illicit counterfeits and dishonest dealers.
